Print it and leave it where you begin your day — the kitchen table, the kettle, the back of a door. Somewhere that isn't a screen. The whole thing is one page.

Say it with the app
Great Mornings is an iPhone app: one invitation at the hour you choose, the words one phrase at a time, with my reading or in silence. No account, no streaks, nothing collected.
It is in open beta, which needs Apple's free TestFlight app.
Make it yours
The words are mine, and they are yours to change. Download the Word version and edit it like any other document; or fork the repository and rewrite the text; or paste your own straight into the app, which keeps a library of your own recitations, privately, on your phone.
There is a blank version with the shape and none of the words, if that is easier than starting from mine. I am not collecting other people's versions — write the one that is true for you and say that instead.
The licence
The words are CC BY 4.0: share them, print them, adapt them, use them commercially — just say where they came from.
